SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

Kolari AI (“Kolari,” “we,” “us”) offers SMS/text messaging services as part of our voice AI platform. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Kolari AI or from businesses using the Kolari AI platform, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.

2. Opt-In & Consent

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages, you expressly agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Kolari AI or businesses using the Kolari AI platform, including but not limited to:

  • Account notifications and security alerts
  • Appointment reminders and confirmations
  • Service updates and transactional messages
  • Follow-up communications related to your inquiries
  • Marketing and promotional messages (only with separate express written consent)

Consent to receive automated SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of our Services. You may opt out at any time.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, preferences, and the services you use. You may receive up to 10 messages per month for account-related communications. Marketing messages, if opted in, may be sent up to 4 times per month.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Kolari AI is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan and any applicable fees.

5. How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP: Text STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message.
  • Other opt-out keywords: You may also text CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or END to opt out.
  • Email: Contact us at support@kolari.ai with your phone number and a request to unsubscribe.

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-opt in. Opting out of SMS does not affect other communication channels (email, phone).

Our SMS services are supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and other participating carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed, and delivery may be affected by carrier policies or technical issues outside our control.

Your phone number and SMS opt-in data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Specifically:

  • We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
  • Your phone number may be shared with our SMS service providers solely to deliver messages on our behalf.
  • We retain your opt-in/opt-out records as required for regulatory compliance.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Platform Customer Obligations

Businesses using the Kolari AI platform to send SMS messages to their end users must:

  • Obtain proper prior express written consent from recipients before sending automated messages
  • Comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state regulations
  • Register their SMS campaigns through the 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) registration process
  • Include proper opt-out instructions in all messages
  • Honor opt-out requests immediately
  • Maintain records of consent for a minimum of 5 years

10. Changes to SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued receipt of SMS messages after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
