Our Services utilize AI-powered voice agents to make and receive telephone calls. Calls may be initiated or handled by artificial intelligence technology. All AI-generated calls comply with FCC regulations regarding artificial and prerecorded voice messages, including the FCC's 2024 ruling on AI-generated voice calls which requires prior express consent.

Telephone and SMS Data

If you provide your phone number, we may collect and use it to send you transactional SMS messages, appointment reminders, account notifications, and, with your separate express written consent, marketing communications. We collect and retain records of your consent to receive such communications, including the date, time, and method of consent. Call Recording Disclosure

Calls made through the Kolari AI platform, including calls handled by AI voice agents, may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, training, compliance, and service improvement purposes. Call participants are notified at the start of each call that recording may occur. You may request deletion of your recorded calls by contacting us at privacy@kolari.ai.

  • We honor Do Not Call requests and maintain an internal Do Not Call list.
  • We restrict automated calls and texts to permitted hours (8:00 AM to 9:00 PM in the called party's local time).
  • We provide clear opt-out mechanisms in every communication.
  • Consent to receive automated communications is not a condition of purchasing our Services.

Businesses using the Kolari AI platform are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from their end users before initiating automated calls or text messages through our platform.

12. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

By creating an account, you consent to receive essential communications necessary for operating your account, including:

  • Service outage notices and maintenance windows
